How does the 7-day free trial work?
Open the Sign up page, then answer five short questions, one at a time. We sum up your answers and recommend a plan with the reasons. You can choose another plan. Then create your account and enter the code we send to your email. Within a few minutes your own system is ready. It is installed empty, without sample data, and already set up from your answers, such as the modules that are switched on, the payment methods at the cashier, and taxes. No credit card and no payment needed. Each business can try it once.
Do I keep my trial account after subscribing?
Yes. The email and password you created when signing up stay in use. When you subscribe, your system address, account, and data stay the same. You can carry on with the trial data or start from scratch.
What happens when the trial ends?
We remind you before the trial runs out. After 7 days, the system becomes view-only. You can't record, change, import, or download data. Every screen shows the time left until the data is deleted. If you subscribe within those 2 days, all your data stays and the system runs fully again right away. If not, the trial system and all its data are deleted 2 days after the trial ends. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
I don't understand accounting at all. Can I still use it?
That is exactly why this system was made. You only record things that actually happen: goods arrive, goods are sold, money comes in, money goes out. The system prepares the journal, general ledger, and financial statements behind the scenes. If you want to know where a number comes from, open the general ledger and the system shows you the source document.
Is Nawasena ERP right for my business?
Nawasena ERP works for restaurants, cafés, caterers, shops, minimarkets, wholesalers, distributors, service businesses, production, and hourly rentals such as padel or futsal courts, studios, billiard tables, or rooms. When you sign up, the system suggests a plan based on your answers. Very specific processes can be tailored through the Exclusive plan.
Our old data is still in Excel. Can it be moved over?
Yes. Product lists, customers, and opening stock can be brought in all at once from an Excel file. The templates are in the Data Import menu. Opening account balances can be entered during activation or through the General Journal.
Who owns the data, and can I export it?
The data you record stays yours. We use it only to run the service, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising or to train AI. During the trial and while you subscribe, the owner can download a full backup from Settings, in the Database Backup section. After you subscribe, reports can also be downloaded as Excel or PDF.
How safe is my data?
Connections use HTTPS. Passwords are stored in scrambled form, so even we can't read them. Every customer has its own database. Access is limited by role and every change is recorded in the audit trail. After you subscribe, two-step verification is required for the owner and directors. The owner can also require it for other roles. Backups are made every day and can also be sent to your own Google Drive.
What if I want to stop subscribing?
Simply don't renew. We never charge you automatically. The system keeps running fully until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded. After your subscription ends there is a 14-day grace period in which the system keeps running fully. After that, the system becomes read-only for 90 days so you can export your data. Then the system is shut down and the data is deleted. We contact the owner by email before deleting. Payment terms are in the Payment and Refund Policy.
Do I need to buy my own server?
No. Your system runs on our servers in Indonesia. You just open it in a browser on a computer or phone. If your business needs it installed on its own server, contact us.
Do we still need our accountant?
Yes, and their work gets lighter. The system produces balanced journals, but decisions on accounting and tax policy stay with your accountant or tax consultant.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The screens adapt to phones for work in the field, such as uploading photos of receipts, recording expenses, or checking approvals that are waiting.
How do I pay for the subscription?
All payments go through Midtrans. Pay from the Subscribe screen in your system, or through the payment link in the invoice we email you. Choose a payment method before you pay. QRIS, credit card, and e-wallet have no extra fee. A bank Virtual Account has a fee of Rp4,000 per payment, shown as a separate line before you pay. We never ask you to transfer subscription fees to a bank account. If anyone asks you to do that in our name, don't pay and contact us.
What is the EARLY promo code?
The EARLY code gives pilot prices: Mikro Rp199,000, Premium Rp349,000, and Business Rp699,000 per month, for your first 12 months of subscription. The code is valid for the first 5 customers who pay with it. Once all places are taken, the code is refused and the normal price applies. Enter the code on the plan screen when you sign up for the free trial, or on the Subscribe screen before you pay. A code you enter when signing up is carried over when you subscribe.
What is Nawa AI, and what data does it read?
Nawa AI is an assistant inside the system. Nawa only answers questions about using the system, your own business data, financial analysis, and your business's taxes. Other questions are refused. Nawa only reads the reports that the person asking is allowed to open, and it cannot create, change, or delete data. Chat history can only be opened by the person who asked. Nawa only runs after the owner switches it on. Questions and the data needed to answer them are processed by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio in Singapore. The level follows your plan: Nawa Standard on Mikro, Nawa Advanced on Premium, Nawa Advanced+ on Business, and Nawa Custom on Exclusive. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do cashiers give discounts?
Through Cashier Discounts. Directors create coded discount rules, for example 10% with a limit per transaction and a limit per day. Cashiers only choose a code, and the system works out the discount. Cashiers cannot type in their own discount. Once the day's allowance runs out, the discount is refused. Every use is recorded and shown in the Monitoring Report. Cashier Discounts are available on every plan that includes Point of Sale.
Is there a fee per user?
No. You pay a subscription per plan, not per person. Adding employees doesn't add to the cost.
